I started teaching with Bercerita when I was a senior in high school. I never saw myself as a teacher, but once I joined, I realized how much I enjoyed it.
Through the experience, I gained valuable skills like leadership and communication. I used to be a shy person, but teaching helped me come out of my shell and grow more confident in speaking and connecting with others

I’ve been volunteering with Bercerita since my junior year of high school. Teaching English to Indonesian kids challenged me to be creative and patient, and it’s helped me grow as a leader. I’ve not only improved my communication skills but also gained the confidence to teach horseback riding as a camp counselor and start a club at my school.
